Preliminary project estimator
Define the site.
Shape the scope.
Explore a preliminary range based on your project scope. Choose a service directly or outline the approximate project area when acreage affects the work.
Planning estimate only. JS Imaging confirms coverage, access, travel, deliverables, and scheduling before issuing a fixed project quote. Published package rates apply to the defined scope.Define the general area.
Tap to place at least three points. Finish the area, then drag its handles to refine your scope. Acreage is estimated—not a boundary or survey measurement.
The current planning range does not confirm travel charges.
What solution can we work on?
One coordinated workflow delivering both a site map and a 3D visual model. Prioritize the view your team needs first; site size and complexity determine the estimate.

JS Imaging provides visual documentation and estimated spatial references within the agreed scope. These products do not establish property boundaries or provide surveying, engineering, design, permitting, or construction authority. Measurements require appropriate independent verification before reliance. When regulated services are needed, the responsible licensed professional defines the requirements and supplies the professional deliverable. The separately signed professional workflow must be in place before regulated work begins.
Pricing reflects the full work requested for one coordinated project—including its coverage, buildings, visits, and deliverables. Dividing coordinated work into separate requests does not change the scope used to prepare the quote.
A 30% deposit of the confirmed project price is required to reserve the work and is credited to the total.
No booking is confirmed until JS Imaging accepts, the service agreement and required limitations acknowledgment are signed, and the deposit clears. Estimate requests alone do not reserve a date.
Cancellation charges and refunds follow section 4 of the service agreement. The deposit is applied to work performed, noncancelable commitments and reasonable documented reservation losses; excess is returned after final accounting. If JS Imaging cancels for its own convenience, unearned payments are refunded under that section. Weather and operating restrictions may require rescheduling.
The balance is due within 15 calendar days of invoice. Undisputed past-due principal accrues simple interest at 0.75% per month (9% annually), or the lawful maximum if lower. Collections may follow once an undisputed balance is at least 30 days past due and a final written notice has allowed at least 10 days to pay.

We will email you a confirmation with your submitted details, preliminary planning range, and marked planning map when an area is drawn. Your request is subject to review; it does not book a date.
We recalculate your range on submission, review the selections using the published pricing structure, and identify any additional or project-specific costs before you commit.
